DELIVERY

In-person and virtual trainings are available to organizations within Windsor-Essex County. Virtual trainings are available to organizations outside Windsor-Essex.

Trainings with large numbers of participants may need to take place over several engagements.

In addition, we can develop specialized training specific to the needs of your organization and clientele in areas such as youth or long-term care.

CONSULTATION

SERVICES

Our consultation services offer service providers, business owners, and other professionals the opportunity to speak one-on-one with a member of our education team about how to provide affirming services catered to your organization and clientele. We can provide valuable guidance on a wide range of topics including but not limited to:

  • Inclusive language;

  • Affirming Spaces (including universal washrooms);

  • Developing/amending documents and forms;

  • Supporting trans and gender-diverse employees;

  • Delivering gender-affirming mental health and social services
